Management Team

Mr. Shailesh Garde - Founder and Head

Mr. Shailesh Garde is the Founder and Head of Alliance Retail Solutions, overseeing the company’s overall leadership, strategic direction, and operations. Prior to establishing Alliance, he held key roles as Category Manager – Buying & Merchandising at leading retail chains such as Dmart, SPAR International, and Big Bazaar. 

He also gained valuable experience as a Marketing Executive at Ranbaxy. Shailesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.

Mrs. Reshma - Proprietor

Mrs. Reshma is the Proprietor of the organization and efficiently oversees all operational activities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Microbiology.

In addition, she brings valuable experience from the finance sector.

Mr. Vaibhav Garde - Operation incharge

Mr. Vaibhav Garde is the Operations Incharge at Alliance Retail Solutions, an authorized distributor for leading FMCG brands including Parle Biscuits, Mondelez International (Cadbury), Ferrero, Perfetti Van Melle, Medimix, and Emami.

He plays a key role in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory management, and efficient distribution across the network.
